Roses offer one of the most unique delicate floral notes when it comes to flavouring of food or drink. The long cultural history of the rose has led to it being used often as a symbol. In ancient Greece, the rose was closely associated with the goddess Aphrodite. These delicate pink rose blossoms come from Tuscany where they have been carefully selected for their light floral fragrance. Tea made from these blossoms produces pleasant lingering finish enhanced with light floral notes. These pink rose petals and buds will also make excellent blending ingredient when combined with other teas or used as food ingredient. Rose blossoms are naturally caffeine free.
