Honeybush is so named because the flowers of the Cyclopia plant smell of honey. In the taste of honeybush tea this delicate honey blossom note is retained in a more subtle form among other elements of this aromatic herbal tea. Other aromatic notes include apricot jam and earthy African Savanna at dusk.
