Jasmine Flowers and Petals Natural Herbal Tea

Jasmine Flowers Tea

These delicate Jasmine blossoms are picked in early May in the Fujian province in China. The same flowers are used to infuse green teas to produce those distinctive Jasmine Blossom green teas. The delicate scent of the Jasmine flowers is transferred to the tea by layering the flowers in between the green tea leaves – a process that can be repeated several times. When stronger flavours of fresh blooms are exhausted and only subtle and more neutral elements remain these blossoms continue to impress with their visual splendour. These dried Jasmine flowers can be used to decorate various tea blends and add subtle nuances. When prepared on its own these dried blossoms will produce light bodied, mild floral flavour with subtle herbal nuance tea drink.
