Mayfair Tea Earl Grey Blue Sky is a blend of premium black teas infused with bergamot oil and cornflower petals. Traditionally Early Grey was made from smooth top grade Keemun teas from China and this Mayfair Tea blend also includes premium Keemun leaf. This blend also includes high altitude Ceylon tea leaf for additional smoothness and sophistication. Ceylon leaf adds its unique delicate flavour, complimented further by blue cornflower booms. Aromatic Calabrian bergamot oil is responsible for the characteristic Earl Grey aromatic experience in this blend. This combination of premium black teas delivers exceptionally smooth experience without aftertaste or overpowering perfume sensations. This is a full bodies black tea with distinctive citrus and floral notes.
Brewing Guide: 1 tea spoon in 250 ml water at 100°C for 3-7 min
